Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within a couple of days subject to payment and stock availability.
All deliveries to the UK are sent out on a Royal Mail 1st class delivery which requires a signature on arrival. Deliveries outside of the UK are dispatched on a Royal Mail service.
UK FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY
1st class recorded parcels are normally delivered within two working days.
A signature will be required upon receipt.

Exchange and Return
We pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy throughout the seasons and offer a full money back guarantee or exchange of goods within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be unworn and in re-saleable condition with the swing ticket still attached. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns must ideally be sent back by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Deluna Kids will endevour to send your exchange order, refund credit or cheque within 7 working days of us recieving your goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a full reciept.
